Line Shaft Live Roller Conveyor
The lineshaft live roller conveyor has a common drive shaft, rollers with groves on one end, and urethane o-rings which connect the drive shaft to the rollers. The unique aspect of lineshaft live roller conveyor is that long straights, curves, and spurs can be driven from one common drive. Thus the cost of a conveyor system can be dramatically reduced. The lineshaft live roller conveyor is most typically used for light loads (up to 15 lbs per roller). All roller conveyor applications require no less than 3 rollers under the roller conveyable product at all times.
CSI provides lineshaft live roller conveyor for light loads and applications where a single drive can handle straights, curves, and spurs.
- 1 3/8” or 1.9” Diameter Rollers
- No less than 3 Rollers are needed under each conveyable product
- 13” to 39” width between the Frames (wider widths available)

- Pre-configured Lengths up to 50 feet
- Can be configured for transportation, minimum pressure accumulation or zero pressure accumulation
